Participants are welcome to come and/or leave anytime within the four-hour window! No need to be here for the full time.
Monthly sewing groups explore the activity of sewing as a somatic tool for those experiencing grief and loss. Groups will include opportunity for connecting conversations and gentle stretching at the end. All ages and sewing experience levels are welcome!
Feel free to bring your own machine, supplies, and sewing project you are working on. We will also have supplies and inspiration for a sewing project each month. There will be several machines to share. Since this group is in the evening, participants are welcome to bring food/snacks and we will have access to the kitchen space.
Parking is available in the lot in front of the building, as well as on side streets. Let us know if you need help bringing your supplies in!
