Sewing for the Soul

Monthly sewing groups explore the activity of sewing as a somatic tool for those experiencing grief and loss. Groups will include opportunity for connecting conversations and gentle stretching at the end. All ages and sewing experience levels are welcome!

Feel free to bring your own machine, supplies, and sewing project you are working on. We will also have supplies and inspiration for a sewing project each month. There will be several machines to share. Since this group is in the evening, participants are welcome to bring food/snacks and we will have access to the kitchen space.
