What Matters Most: Reconnecting in Times of Climate Change
This is an event series

This 5-week educational, interactive and experiential group, informed by Joanna Macy’s The Work that Reconnects, offers an opportunity to join with others who are also feeling the pain of the devastating effects of climate change on our world, and are ready to step out of survival mode and into conscious connection and engagement.

Together we will create a supportive, inclusive environment in which to reconnect. Participants will learn somatic practices, engage in group sharing, dialogue with others (human and more than human), and experiment with nature-informed prompts and exercises that take us into direct and imaginal contact with nature where it lives and breathes in and all around us. Fortified by our connection with ourselves, each other and the living earth, we will access our inherent wisdom and take meaningful steps to participate in our personal and collective evolution and healing.

It’s impossible to be conscious in an endangered and suffering world without feeling pain.
