This 200-hour yoga teacher training course prepares educators, helping professionals, and those interested in self-discovery to apply yoga-based and somatic practices ethically and skillfully to support personal resilience and student well-being. The course integrates classical yoga philosophy (Eight Limbs of Yoga) with contemporary trauma- and grief-informed frameworks, neuroscience, and inclusive pedagogy.
