Chakra Balancing Yoga

Through gentle yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation, we will focus on balancing the body’s energy centers (chakras) to promote emotional and physical wellbeing. Each session will focus on a different chakra, guiding you through a compassionate journey of healing. This is a safe space to honor your grief, find solace, and cultivate a deeper connection to yourself and the present moment. All are welcome.
