Embodying LIGHT Retreat: A Somatic Journey

When: December 5-7, 2025 from 4pm Friday -12pm Sunday

A Gathering over two days in a nurturing space to gently explore grief through somatic healing. Through movement, breath, art, and nature, we support the mind, body, and spirit in finding renewal and growth after loss. This retreat will be organized as separate, tailored, age-appropriate experiences for both children and adults navigating loss.

Payment made through La Foret Retreat Center. Scholarships available!

Adults- $350 + lodging

Children (under 18)- $175 + lodging
