Gentle Yoga: A gentle yoga class to soothe the brain and nervous system. The class is trauma sensitive and will include mindful movement with breath awareness. The practices are designed to soothe and nurture the mind and the body. Everyone is welcome, no previous yoga experience needed, practices can be done chair based or standing.
