No prior writing experience is needed. This class is about presence, not perfection. Whether you’re in the fresh ache of loss or navigating long-buried sorrow, you are welcome here.
Attendees: Bring your favorite journal and pen, log in to Zoom 10 minutes early, if possible to troubleshoot any technical issues, and join from a quiet place where you will be undistracted for the hour session.
Erin Dworak has been a journal workshop facilitator since 2010 teaching people how to use the power of journaling to navigate the deepest seasons of loss, healing, and personal transformation. With years of experience creating sacred spaces for self-discovery, Erin helps others process their pain, connect with the divine around us, and find meaning through intentional reflection. She believes journaling is a bridge between the seen and unseen—a practice that brings clarity, comfort, and connection during life’s most tender moments.
