Trauma-Informed Heated Vinyasa (all levels)

This class combines the dynamic flow of vinyasa with trauma-informed principles, helping you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while promoting emotional regulation and body awareness. The room is heated to enhance your practice, allowing for deeper stretches and detoxification.
